Well I will teach you a bit about nose manuals. The easiest way is if you have your body square to the front of you board but your feet are facing the side of your board like normal. OK I learned this by Olliing over my target when landing my nose grind and landed on a nose manual and did the whole box. OK when you land bend your knees.
